She encourages students to connect to practice through the relationships in their personal life—the proof of a healthy yoga practice is grounded in feeling compassion and love for oneself and for others.
Patricia’s background and training is in multiple disciplines of yoga (Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hot, Yin, Kaiut and Yoga Nidra), and her ability to disseminate information about the full experience of yoga, including all eight limbs, provides for a unique experience.
Patricia teaches a weekly public yoga class at Yoga Pod in Boulder CO and also has a small private yoga business teaching kriya yoga. Get in touch to find out more.
